Statement
Postmodern Palace (My Stepmom’s Townhouse or MST) has one aim: Normalize townhomes containing non-traditional families. We exclude free-standing homes since they are a waste of space and resources—especially for the fact Ryan B. (elevator-mansion kid from 7:45 AM homeroom) thinks it’s cool to pretend he’s his dad by mowing the lawn. Ryan B. doesn’t realize we all know he’s just a kid with kid-type problems.
MST also recognizes the following structures to be qualifiers related to townhomes: apartments, condos, and duplexes.
